Famous for the hospitality (and a seriously luxurious business class offer), the Dubai-based airline Emirates, the world’s fourth-largest airline is to be paid by passenger.
Do not operate more than three thousand flights per week, and are one of the few airlines that fly to all six inhabited continents. Emirates destinations include 140 airports in 70 countries. How to check in
You can use the online check-in at Emirates’ website or their smartphone app. This is available from 48 hours before the scheduled departure, up to 90 minutes before the flight is due to take off. Checking online, you will have the possibility to Download a mobile boarding pass or print out of your pass, take them to the airport. If you do prefer things the traditional way, or if you don’t have a printer, you can check-in at Emirates associated counters at the airport free of charge. This is usually open three hours before departure, 90 minutes before closing. Try to get to your gate early: boarding begins 45 minutes and ends 20 minutes before take-off.

With its luxurious reputation, it should come as no surprise that Emirates, the seats are a bit bigger than the average. In the economy class offers a seat pitch (distance between the seat and the front) of 32 to 34 inches, and a width of 17 to 18 inches. If you’re lucky enough to fly Emirates business class, you can be a distance of 48 cm and an average seat from 18.5-inch to stretch out with a seat. On Boeing flights, you have even more space, with a whopping 60 inch seat pitch and 20.5 inch width. A seat reservation is free for all classes, apart from Economy Saver and Economy-special fare.
Emirates is currently not a credit or debit card fees. It is a variable fee for each passenger, if you want to book a flight without booking under the ‘Hold-My-Rate” offer. The fee does not apply if you book your flight within 72 hours of reservation.
Service on Board
Emirates are known for their luxurious on-board experience, even in economy class (the slogan “expect the exceptional’). If you book an economy ticket, you can still expect to small details, such as free drinks throughout the flight to keep a blanket to keep you warm during the flight, and the most delicious in-flight meals, inspired by your goal. Each seat is equipped with in-flight entertainment system, integrated in the back, with around 2,500 channels to watch. Emirates business class is famous for its extremely high-end offerings, such as massage, private booths, and glasses of curated champagne to start your flight in style.
Emirates was the world’s 32nd most punctual airline in the year 2016. This year, none of their flights have been delayed by an hour or more: the average delay was 17.2 minutes. The majority (63%) of Emirates flights within 15 minutes of the scheduled time.
